Senior Software Engineer
Summary:
The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for all facets of the software development process, including design, test, documentation, deployment, and maintenance of web-based and mobile software solutions. It is a requirement that the software and systems developed are scalable and maintained using best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
Essential Functions:
- Serve as a leader and core member of an agile engineering team.
- The senior software engineer will be responsible for all facets of the software development process
- The application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications or
- The design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of computer systems or programs, including prototypes, based on and related to user or system design specifications; or
- Implement and maintain web-based and mobile software solutions
- Evaluate, integrate and extend commercial products using industry-standard integration approaches, e.g., web services, message queues, plug-ins, portlets, gadgets
- Offer suggestions for improvements/enhancements to currently developed solutions
- Write functional documentation
- Serve as a core member of an agile engineering team
- Ability to work weekend or evening hours as may be required
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience and familiarity with the following:
- Languages: NodeJS, PHP, JavaScript, Python, or another comparable language

Telehealth RN
Telehealth Nurse role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a cutting-edge environment shaping the future of healthcare providing telehealth nursing care to patients at home or in the nursing home to achieve optimal health outcomes. The Telehealth Nurse will remotely monitor patients and work with members of the clinical care team to develop treatment plans to enhance better health. The Telehealth nurse will track patient hemodynamic data, identify trends and work the clinical care team to educate and coach patients on adherence with treatment plans. The telehealth nurse facilitates meeting patient’s needs in a timely manner, and follows-up to assure desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- Emergency or critical care nursing experience preferred.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications, email and web-based skills.
SKILLS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Successful candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills to work successfully with patients and the members of the clinical care team. They must be able to take the initiative to ensure clinical care and related support services are made available to patients. They will also have the ability to think critically and creatively about what is needed to enhance health improvement. Successful candidates must be excellent educators and be able to empower patients.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Triage patients by assessing severity of symptoms and referral to appropriate level of care.
- Provide a baseline patient nursing assessment.
- Monitor patient alerts and survey responses, and triage, review, respond and document.
- Review trends in patient data and changes in condition and communicate with members of the clinical care team.
- Document interventions and an individualized plan of care.
- Educate patient on their disease process.
- Educate patient and family in preventative care which promotes health and well being.
- Answer, direct and follow up on incoming calls.
- Call patients as requested by clinician.
- Recognize urgent or emergent patient care situations, seek assistance of the medical provider and initiate appropriate emergency interventions as directed.
- Uses available decision support tools in determining evidence-based practices for clinical problems.
- Foster an environment of respect for individual patient and family rights to privacy and dignity in all aspects of care delivery.
- Serve as advocate for patients and families in response to their needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Telehealth NP/PA
Telehealth NP/PA role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a cutting-edge environment shaping the future of healthcare providing telehealth care to patients at home or in the nursing home 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, to achieve optimal health outcomes. The Telehealth NP/PA provides direct patient care via telemedicine and remote patient monitoring by performing health assessments and preventative health measures within prescribed guidelines. The Telehealth NP/PA provides clinical support to the registered nurse team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Physician assistant or nurse practitioner in good standing, board-certified.
- Current, unrestricted New York State NP / PA license with a minimum of two (2) years clinical experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications, email and web-based skills.
SKILLS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

- Educate patient on their disease process.
- Educate patient and family in preventative care which promotes health and well being.
